We stopped for dinner on a Saturday afternoon. We were seated quickly in the clean, casual dining room. The atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly, the clientele was a mix of all age groups. The menu has a good mix of American diner/ comfort food choices. The salad bar is small, but fresh and tasty. The service was fast, friendly, and attentive. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Food was ok. Had hashbrowns and eggs. But the hashbrowns were only cooked on one side. Raw on the other side.Good size portions for the price u pay. Booths are very small.

Been to this restaurant many times. Always great service and food. Waitess today was terrible. We waited and waited for her. Talking to co-workers more important than waiting on the customer. If we needed a refill, extra napkins, boxes, the bill asking twice before we got anything. Asked for a to go drink because she never refilled. She said that is 1.00 extra for that. At the price they charge for a pop I couldn't believe it. We have never been charged at this restaurant or any other. Bad service, charging extra for a to go pop...owners need to read the book " give them the pickle". We love the food. Will be back but will ask for another waitress if we get this terrible one...and will order water.

Amazing food and the warmest atmosphere around. It was a taste of home and felt like I was surrounded by family. I can't wait to go back! I loved the salad bar and the yummy roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and smothered in gravy. Husband had the showboat burger and son had the fried chicken and baked potato. The potato soup was so savory and delicious. I will have leftovers due to the portion size which makes me so happy I get to enjoy it another time again. I'm always sad that I can't come here more often, but excited to make the trip over knowing how delicious everything is. The service is always so fast and friendly and they make you want to keep coming back for more.

Place has good hospitality. I put my hood up bc my ears were cold and was asked to take it down. My face is shown while I was there. But goofy rules are goofy but good place it all.

I think our server's name was Rick and he was fantastic. Prompt service, super friendly, and really nice to my mom and my son which I loved. The food was wonderful, between the 4 of us, we had the Monday special which is a pot roast dinner, I had a mandarin salad, and my husband had a nacho with beef. Everything was so good and prepared so quickly! The chicken noodle soup was amazing. We love Showboat and I always try to stop by when I come back into town and this is exactly why. Thank you, Rick! Hope to see you again.
